BEGINNERS:   10 SETS OF 32 as written here; take out repeats as they learn it.

(COUNTS are at the beginning of each line, DIVISIONS are between 32’s or 64’s)

12 | double kick — x2
8   | single knee — x2
12 | double knee — x2
16 | jacks on the floor — x8
8   | basics or mambos — x2

24 | turn step 1, single knee 1 — x3
8    | over and back — x2

16 | mambo on the end — x4

8   | knee-straddle-knee-exit — x1 (exiting to rear)

8   | 3-hamstring-curls-on-the-step, then exit to rear — x1
16 | 1/2-L-step, 360-degree across and back, 1/2-L back to home — x1
8   | triple knee scissor — x1
